Tomas is a wonderful contractor which my husband and I have had a chance to work with on numerous occasions. In our first apartment, he renovated our master bathroom completely and upgraded our other bathrooms floors. We then moved during the pandemic to a new home. Since then, Tomas has redone our garage (walls, repainted, etc.) so we could have a friendly home gym, and he added a wall in our basement so that we could add a room for an office. More recently, he finished a laundry room in my mum’s house which was previously an unfinished room in the basement. Needless to say that we have been very happy with his work and that’s why we have continued to use him time and time again.

Tomas and his team were amazing. Very responsive and efficient, quality work -- I'm so happy with the results. They installed new flooring, painted my whole condo, and did electrical work (recessed lighting and new light fixtures). I've already recommended him to several neighbors and friends. I'm so glad I found Tomas!

Tomas painted the walls, bedroom wood doors, and stair rails of our townhouse. He took the time to explain to us the work and solved all our questions. He was always available and willing to help us. He is detail-oriented which is a great asset for customers, like me, who are very picky. He purchased all the materials required on our behalf looking always for the most convenient prices and quality which was a relief for us. I had never seen a handyman being so well organized and leaving all the stuff and furniture in the same place as it was before starting the work. He left everything clean. Of course, you can still find some dust but it is expected.
He asked us to review the work before he left and he corrected all the small details we asked for. A couple of weeks after finishing the work, I called him to check some noise in some of the door hinges he changed and he responded immediately to our request.
We left him alone at our home for the days he needed to complete the work. We trusted him because some coworkers recommended him to us, and we do not have any regrets. He is friendly and very respectful. Prices were very good and fair compared to other handymen. We are very happy with the results. Now, we call Tomas every time we need him!

This is one of the best experience I have had with work done in my house. Tomas provided a very reasonable estimate for a potential structural/wall damage in my house due to an old termites infestation. He explained that the work required to open the walls to evaluate the damage behind the drywall. He gave me an estimate and indicated that if the actual damage was less than expected, he would adjust the price. He was very honest, he took pictures and sent them to me and explained what the actual damage was and he adjusted the price accordingly. It was actually less than expected. He finished the work sooner than originally planned. He is trustworthy, punctual, clean, very detailed-oriented, and affordable. I will definitely ask him to do additional work in my property. He has worked for other friends in kitchen remodeling, painting, plumbing, flooring, and all of them are very satisfied and happy with his work. I certainly recommend Tomas.
